(Vee-vick, or just V works)

A motorized phone mount, proof of concept to launch in six months. I defined the one-button capture model, led the industrial design revisions, and shipped the companion app.

Matterport's $5K LiDAR camera. I owned the product definition: one button, a 256×256 display, and the companion app, designed so all three agreed on what the camera was doing at every moment. Moved pairing from WiFi to BLE so professionals never had to leave the app to connect.

Polycam, Lead Product Designer • Web + iOS + Android
Polycam's first creative tool. Concept to shipped in two months, then six months of iterating on what professionals actually did with it.

Matterport's generative AI strategy for residential real estate. I led the design work and presented the three-year vision to the board. A year later CoStar bought the company and named AI and residential as the reasons.
An app I designed, built, and shipped myself. I built it for sports fans who want to know what's worth watching tonight, then realized I didn't want to be glued to my phone for it, so I prototyped a hardware version on a cheap touchscreen. The app takes a busy night, 212 games, scores and ranks them, and narrows it to the three worth your time.

Object capture had the worst numbers in the app. I rebuilt it around real-time guidance so people could see what the scan was missing while they were still scanning.

Mobile sync had been off the roadmap for years. I pulled the support data, built the case, got it prioritized, and shipped it with one engineer.
Carriers needed to change their insurance applications without filing engineering tickets, which was a two-to-three-week cycle per change. I designed the tool that made it hours. Employee 11, second designer.
