3D scanning platform. I lead design and product for fullstack and mobile teams — shipped Polycam's first creative tool, redesigned core capture flows, and own everything from research through launch. Also act as PMM: positioning, launch decks, email and in-app campaigns, analytics dashboards.

3D capture platform, went public, then acquired by CoStar for $1.6B. Led design for mobile and hardware across three roles over four years. Led the AI strategy initiative that defined the company's multi-year roadmap.

Designed, built, shipping.
Built an iOS app for sports fans who want to know what's worth watching tonight. Then realized I didn't want to be glued to my phone for it — so I prototyped a hardware version on a cheap touchscreen. The app: 212 games on a busy night, scored, ranked, narrowed to the three worth watching. Designed, built, launching under my own LLC. The hardware: still a prototype. If the app does well and enough people want one, I'll do a small run.

White-label enterprise life insurance software. Joined as employee 11 and the second designer, and owned design and scope on a low-code configuration tool for insurance carriers.

Carriers needed to modify insurance applications without filing engineering tickets, which was a 2-3 week cycle per change. I designed the tool that brought that down to hours.
